Your stone looks to me, like a very feminie pretty lady, and the cloour is good.
I like the stone very much, but I am not sure I like the seat, I prefer a traditional, low seat.

Thats the best picture and i'll try to get one more clearly with sunlight,the size of the stone is only 15cm around 6 inches.

I've seen you exceptional sketching skill on the bonsai forum. Do you have sketches of stones?
Alex's figural stone seems more masculine than feminine to me. It is wonderful to hear others' perspective.

I have been to lanta only time . I'm not sure but try Bubu island, nice and quiet place

sorry I no have stone drawing .
the monk are often carry bowl that make of metal, there are monk activity to carry "Bart"(metal bowl) every morning and walk to the town for donate foods from people. this is rule from the the Tripitaka bible (consisting of the teachings of Buddha) to any monk must not to buy food for himself . this activity call "Binthabart".

I really appreciate this stone. It reminds me of the monks in Chung-tai Chan (中台禪寺) in Puli, Natou County, Taiwan. It really gives me a warm feeling and takes me back to my walks throught the monastery.
