I always wondered how the "Chinese food" that we all love to eat, would be named in China?! Now I know! Thanks Robert!

Although these are chicken legs, but they are called "phoenic claws" in the Chinese food menu..that the different how the Chinese appreciate art from the western; so don't be suprised if you find "Dragon Tail" on the menu...hehe...

Can't see the pic but in the Philippines we call the chicken legs/claws "Adidas" (sneakers brand). Looks yucky but so yummy!!!Robert Steven wrote:

Sorry . . . but all those claws reaching out of the bowl would give me nightmares. (But then, I don't eat picked pig's feet, either.)

I am disappointed that stuff has been posted on here about me which is just plain wrong, but I don't want to look petty and comment on it. Those who know me will recognise that it is wrong.
But I like the Idea that many people had of showing pictures of this species from different parts, I can surely put a few dosen pictures on Monday, so let the picture do the talking and stop all this negative stuff and lets see some trees.

Re: Bucida from Mexico
I'm sorry but I had already put a warning on this thread about personal stuff being aired. Yet despite that, and despite the great efforts of a few members to get it back on track in a friendly manner, a further poster came on to make adverse and hostile comments. I've removed the post in question but I've also locked the thread.
If people still wish to post pics of Bucidas from differnt countries (as I hope you will) then could someone please start a new thread.
