I didn't see a photo, and you need to move this to Bonsai Questions.

Hi, this might be a long leaf ficus (Ficus binnendijkii 'Ficus alii) and not what many bonsaists call Ficus Nerifolia and some call Ficus Salicaria or Ficus salicifolia).
The long leaves would imply the tree needs to be quite tall.

Now I see photos and agree with Rob as to the species. It looks like it has been neglected and maybe needs more light, water and fertilizer.
An observation on aerial roots. Although aerial roots can look cool they can result in issues down the line. For example, you have those two long roots growing down from one of the trunks. This will result in the trunk above the aerial roots getting thicker and the trunk below the roots staying the same size. The tree above the aerial roots is now getting its nutrients from them and doesn't need the lower trunk.
As Rob says you need to grow a larger tree to accommodate the larger leaves. I would put it in a bigger pot, fertilize it a lot, give it plenty of water and let it go wild, then after a year or two you will have something to work with.
