Funny...when I look at the previus post, does the stone look oiled...and it is not ...it can take any test any time, it is only the upgrated deconstructed yoseki I have used

This stone is also from this february

It reacted fast to handling...saw something like a mountain in the stone...not really a good one though, but the shape and handling-quality of the stone  facinated me

Later I found the monkey in it, and after a little more than a half year outside in the yoseki, does it look like this now...handling while making the daiza, made it a bit darker

standing 13 cm tall, the daiza is made from mahogny


Monkey and turtle is talking about the "old" days in the river...january  
When they was just stones, and their caracter was not found yet

It also took a while before I found the turtle in this stone, but finaly I turned it upside dawn, and there he was...better late than never

Finished the previus post

The newest member of my small growing collection of suiseki.
The daiza is teak...15 cm W 7 H 11 D



I found the stone in 2014, the color is dense black

Taking photos is not easy

The summer has ben good to this suiseki
Hints of translucent from the sides are gone, and it is now black as it can be.
26.5 cm W 16 D 10 H
