Hi Peterbrod
This is very nice mountainstones, in very nice daisas.
I like the red/brown stones the most, they are lovely.
The black stones has the stripes, and I find it a bit hard to understand them....I would like the stripes to look like snow, or waterfalls, but they dont. This is why this kind of stone is a bit strange to me.
But theese black stones is a part of your homecountry, and therefor, I respect them as viuvingstones.....Just like I respect other stones from other countries.
Your black stones of this kind, looks like art to me, and not a kind of nature. Very elegant and pretty.
Kind regards Yvonne

Re: stone from Slovensko 2
Hi Peter... This stone has a lovely texture, but it is not very distinct as a picture stone. If seeking a poetic name, you might consider its lively texture & overall contour. I imagine a dancing figure representing spiritually-- for example, Shizuka Gozan forced to dance before her brother-in-law Minamoto no Yoritomo. There is even a bit of under-robe or sock revealed at the bottom of her kimono.

Re: stone from Slovensko 2
Hi Peter... This is such a quiet stone and stand. It is a stone which could easily be missed when collecting... but has been elevated by its closely-fitted, simple mounting. It encourages the mind to wander.
Do you know the matrix & inset stone material composition?
I'm returning to IBC after days of no electricity or wired communications. Still, we were very lucky. I hope stone friends on the USA East Coast fared well... :-)

Hi Peterbrod
Even if the stone, and stand is quiet...do I still think the surface is very dramatic.....Please let me know the type of style this stone is.
Kind regards Yvonne.....I like the stone

Re: stone from Slovensko 2
Hi Yvonne... It is the lack of drama that elevates the stone. It is more impressionistic than expressionistic. It will attract a viewer who prefers the humility of a stone expressing spirit and nature that creates an atmosphere or tone; it will have less attraction for a viewer looking for explicit artistry or matching categories of ornamental stone (stone appreciation) shapes.
