Old Mans Face
Hi Folks,
I collected this rock along the banks of Adams River; I picked up the stone because of its unusual colouring (which doesn’t show true on the photos). Initially I only noticed the crude mans face (see second photo - Adams River original facestone1). It wasn’t until I got it home and took a picture from the other side, when I went WOW…..and really saw the old mans face (last photo)….its quirky rye smile and its eye staring me down.
I’ve also shown some other angles.
Can anyone help me with the type of rock formation this is from? Also any ideas on what type of stand should I use for display.
Cheers G

Thanks Alex and Sancho, I'm new at this and you both have given me something to think about. I'm going to contact a local fellow who has a lot more experience at this and see if we can come up with something. Will update this thread when we do.
Cheers
