Re: Show the Autumncolour from your bonsai
I was out taking a few snaps today myself. I'm trying to do Autumn colour progression shots over the next few weeks.
First two are Field Maple. The tree is pretty raw material and not worth showing but the colour is well advanced.

Next two are Fuji Cherry. The tree hasn't been styled yet, just clip and grow after growing on the the ground for a few years. The colour is just beautiful to watch at this time of year.

This Beech is on the turn as well.

Hi everybody,
shot this picture this afternoon. And my Palmatum "Deshojo" almost glowed in the warm Autumn sun!

Cheers,
Hans van Meer.

Amur Maple
Hi there,
I tried to get the right shot to show the true colours of this Amur Maple, in the last rays of a pacific northwest sunset.....unfortunately the colour didn't get captured by the camera the same as my eyes see it
The artifical light I tried brigthens the colours but the moroon is somewhat lost (shows more red).
At our club meeting tonight the original owner commented that he hadn't seen it this intense before.

Cheers Graham

Wow! Great thread Ed. Some great trees posted here!! Living up here in the North East (USA) I absolutely love Autumn!! The colors of the trees never cease to amaze me. Here is my maple forest that I also brought indoors for a couple of days to enjoy the colors. Bringing a little bit of nature inside
