I think those wire loops are very inventive,
A good idea for anchoring the trees, isn't it?

Looking nice Walter, a great combination - is the soil as shallow at it appears on the slab....must have to water it twice a day in the summer?
I think I'd rather work on your spruce rather than the Sitka Spruce we have here Laughing

European spruce, Picea abies, collected in Germany in 2005, group started in 1012, slab by Erik Križovenský. This is not yet it, By now all the thicker branches are wired. Next summer all the small and very small branches will get wired. It is not finished yet, but it is coming along nicely. Thanks Erik for the slab!
