Welcome and thanks for sharing. One of the best things about this forum is that people from around the world share. Your trees are restful and interesting, as are the pots. What species are the trees?

Dear DougB,
In my ideal, the special of tree is not as important as style it took because style are common character communicate Bonsai and people in many country in the world.
Special of these mentioned above bonsai is same as Chinese elm. The size of leaf can be reduced considerable by cutting leaf in important time in year.

Hi Natureini,
It's difficult to name a style for these bonsai: our definitions are mainly based on the norms established by the Japanese.
The first one could be referred to as "moyogi", the second one has a "literati" feel (bunjin-gi), the third one would be a "broom" (hokidachi), but south-eastern Asian countries where the climate is sub-tropical grow species that are not common in Japan and have developped their own styles.
For instance, there's a great site for Chinese bonsai, there are many illustrations but I can't read Chinese so I bookmarked the English translation:
http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=fr&rurl=translate.google.fr&sl=zh-CN&tl=en&twu=1&u=http://www.fff789.com/news.aspx%3Fid%3D81
On Wikipedia, there is also a page on Chinese penjing (with a link to the page in Tiếng Việt):
English : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penjing#Styles
Tiếng Việt : https://vi.wikipedia.org/wiki/H%C3%B2n_non_b%E1%BB%99
Still on Wikipedia, there is a page on "traditional" (=Japanese) bonsai styles:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonsai_styles
Hope this helps,
A.K.
