Orange Jasmine
Hi I need help with collecting Orange Jasmines. What is the best method and what time of the year would get better results? Thank you.

Your question is very general.
In South Florida the best time to collect is Jan. and Feb.
The soil in Florida is SAND and therefore roots systems usually run a long way from any plant looking for food and water.
If a plant is large it is usually best to collect it in stages, if you can.
This means digging around the the plant at a managable distance from the trunk (this depends upon the size of the plant) dig a trench around the plant a couple of feet deep and fill with peat or other good soil.
The next year you can try to dig the plant. Hopefully it will have developed some feeder roots in the ring of good soil and survive the collection.

Re: Orange Jasmine
I think you could repot most of the year, but I might avoid the hottest months just because of the extra stress on the plant and the worker.
