Juniperus Virginiana "Grey Owl"
I bought this lovely juniper from a very good friend on Saturday. The previous owner made the drastic bend with lots of thick wire, about 3 years ago. Obviously, with the long elegant trunk, I went for literati style. Had help from my fiancee with the raffia and thick wiring, and the total styling, which includes the thinning out and styling took us about 5 hours on Sunday. There is a branch to the upper right which might be taken off later. Any comments on anything about this tree will be much appreciated
The height is 88 cm (about 35.5") and the trunk diameter is roughly 9 cm (3.5")

I like what you did with the top. I would like to see a greater bend in the lower trunk to add interest.

Nice job with a VERY difficult species (and tree). You might want to consider removing the top three branches (apex and two branches).
The difficulties in this species include maintaining adult foliage, and developing a mature-looking trunk.
