Planning to Repot
Seen this material from a local source...very good nebari...
Initially planted in an electric fan cover mesh...then potted to a round pot..
I plan to change the pot into a shallow rectangular shape like the one in the pic...hope this will look good...
by the way...i havent got the right scientific nor common name for it....my source only mentioned it was called "langgi-langgi"
comments and suggestions are welcome...
My repotting plan:

I'm not sure, but your langi langi may be the same as ylang ylang. At any rate, your tree doesn't look anything like either of them. See if you can get it identified at the nearest university, parks department, or a large nursery. You need to know more about it to see if it will tolerate such a shallow pot.
