Changes to the IBC - NEW information

Following feedback, we are about to start some changes to the way the IBC site is organised. This may take a day or two until it is all worked out and (fingers crossed!) shouldn't involve anything being lost. If you need guidance as to where posts may have been moved to, please take a look at the more detailed post in Announcements.

Any further feedback or suggestions welcomed on that post in announcements too.
