Re: Table for Oak
I always prefer a more natural look, but the black does blend in with the pot.

Re: Table for Oak
thanks Billy.
I am moving more towards the black one.
I think the smaller size of the black table makes the composition more compact.

Nice stands. I like them both. If I would only see the stand, I would prefer the natural one. But with this pot the black one suits the best, imo. The dark bottom of the pot makes a bit bothering contrast to the light colored wood.

I really like the way the lower part of the pot blends with the black table, but I think for the pure sense that the table should accent the tree and pot that the cherry one is better.

Nice work.
Is it camera paralax or are the bottom legs splayed out at a bit of an angle on both stands?

Like others have said I think the black stand blends in with the pot better. Its narrower width also helps to accentuate the height of the tree creating the impression of a towering oak.

Thank you all for the coments.
Rob, the table legs are straight so it must be camera paralax.
It is the first time i have taken pictures of the stands at home so i will try some different shots to see if i can get the legs straight.
