Thanks,

Helllo...I´ve rooted well both by just dipping in rooting hormone and then sticking directly into black soil....water daily or twice a day depending on your temperature.... just making sure that the soil never dries out.

According to BCI Index Guide -->
Fukien tea - Carmona microphylla or Ehretia microphylla
Propagation: By seed or softwood cuttings in spring or summer. Cuttings root more readily if given bottom heat.
Brazilian Raintree - Pithecellobium tortum
Propagation: Most of the styles used are upright because of the nature of the tree to grow straight when not affected by the winds in their natural habitat. Mame and shohin are excellent possibilities, especially when begun from air layers. I have seen somewhat large branches airlayered as good small trees!

Got some growing right now in a 50/50 mix of Perlite and sphagnum moss. I've used this mix for quite some time.
Just keep moist. Use humidity tent to speed up the process and place them in dappled sunlight.
Works for me every time
