kengai bougainvillea evolves

this orange bougainvillea was collected down the street from my house in late 2008 or early 2009, put in an oversized box and left to grow. the tree responded vigorously .

long branches are left to promote girth. down the road branches will be shortened, wired for movement , then work on ramification begins
