Peaceful Bank holiday in Suffolk
The whole family went for a quiet walk in the woods today. Good for a bit of head space before the return to work. Came across a clearing in the forest and filmed this mystical place with my new camera. Enjoy.

The little white and blue van was the winner. Just a shame they don;'t do it with new ones....Forever clogging up our roads, whenever you want to go anywhere.

How many "bank holidays" do you have.
These colonists don't have them. Our banks do close on "national holidays."
It is also interesting to note that our local governments don't always observe "national holidays."
For example, we have a "Veteran's Day" on Nov. 11th (the date of the WWI Armistice) but our local schools and employers don't always close. But, banks do.

Hello Billy. We usually get about 8 a year and most people take this opportunity for a small break away but due to caravans, we tend to spend all that time in the bloody car.

Wow, eight a year. No school for the kids? Most businesses close?
Do you get national holidays also?
Is a "caravan" what we call a "camping trailer?"
