On 'Bonsai Classifieds' I tried something different....
I auctioned off a block of clay TO BE CARVED into a pot...
After I get the last firing done I'll show you how...
I went from this block of very gritty rustic clay I mixed up...
To this one-piece hand-carved pot (ready to be bisque fired)....
And, hopefully, a completed high-fired pot.

Dale those are stunning. What gives them their color - glaze, clay or type of firing?

Clay type, finish materials and gas firing to cone 10.
