Revamping my collection.
Hi,
Noelanders XI had a big effect on me.
I am undergoing my 4th revamp of my trees. Reducing the number to under 30 and aimming for better quality.
I am collecting a few new and I hope exciting potential trees.
First a hawthorn with interesting deadwood.
Deadwood yew.
Yew collected by Mr tony T.
Now to wait for them to thrive.

Revamping my collection.
Three wonderful trees Jerry. I have been thinking of doing this again myself. Just have'nt got the time to devote,to so many trees and need to thin down by about 70 If I was to thin down, I know in about 5 years, I'll be back in the same position but with better quality trees. Got to be done though.

Thank you Will.
70 not that many.
I started with over 300 peices, with just a handful usable.
I feel <30 is managable / do-able for me.
I might even get them into some shape this side of me turning 60.
On Sunday at Dragon bonsai's show, I hope to auction a few o my seni styled trees.
All welcome.

70 is not that many but I always find it difficult thinning out.It never gets any easier. Its a lot easier being ruthless with other peoples trees. I should be able to get some quality material at the end though

The Hawthorn looks VERY interesting, Jerry, very Mugo-esque.
Auctioning off some of your trees, eh? I wish I lived closer to your end of the country. Plus, I'll be at Willowbog with the Ticklemeister on Sunday. Oh well, never mind.
With a bit of luck I'll be around for your next 'thinning out'!
