Help Idenifying Tree
Hello All~ I came into possession of this plant and am trying to identify it !

After researching I found a picture of this Buttonwood. Do you think I'm on the right track?

Help Identifying Tree
I don't know what it is, but it is not a buttonwood. I also don't think it can be made into a bonsai. Does it bleed latex when cut (white sticky sap)? Then it is probably a Ficus or a Euphorbia. If not, it looks possibly like a member of the myrtle family. Put it outdoors during the summer & see if it blooms. Otherwise, it is just another foliage houseplant.

I agree that this is not Buttonwood.
Where did you acquire this plant? If you got it at a nursery, there should be some sort of identification or you can ask whomever you got it from. Also, what part of the country is it from?
