account removed due to inactivity... but I was active :)

Hi guys..

I have received an email saying:

Your account on "ibonsaiclub.forumotion.com" has been removed by a administrator, this is probably due to inactivity on the forum.

If you wish to be an active part of our community again, then please re-register using this link:

But it seems its still working.... And I haven't been inactive...

This happens in one of two situations:

1. If you have a second, older membership that has been inactive. The system is set up to delete anyone who hasn't visited their account for a long time - in our case two years.

or

2. Sometimes people have difficulty registering and try two or three times. All of these - including the misfires - are held by the system and are subsequently automatically deleted if the account hasn't been activated within three months.


It is probably something like that. Anyway, you are here - that's the important thing.
