servimg user account

Hi ,

im trying to make a post with some pictures but when i press host picture is shows the screen of serimg however also
cannot obtain user account.

is this something on my side? i thought this acccount is from the forum?
how can i use this?

thanx for reply but i read that tutorial before trying to post but according this tutorial i should be logged in automaticly in servimg when pressing the host picture button
but that doesnt happen..

Are you using a computer or a phone when you log in to post pictures? If you are using a phone, I'm of no help, but if you are usiing a computer, you MAY need to allow it to set a cookie on your computer so the system knows you are actually logged onto the site.

thanx for the advise.
i first tried from my ipad and i had this problem so i tried from pc and it was same, then i started this topic.
i tried with accepting cookies, log out and in again but couldnt make it work.
in the end i tried using google chrome and got it to work. so its ok now.

still not working with internet explorer though, not sure why

The account is for the forum rather than an individual one.

Can I assume you are trying to post from a phone or tablet? Could you take a screen shot of what you see when you try to upload (what you called the servimg screen), save it as a jpg and email it to internetbonsaiclub@googlemail.com please so I can get an idea of what is happening.

well, first it shows "cannot obtain user acount" and then the commercial banner thing goes over it

Test: Working as usual for me using IE9. Try deleting your IE temporary files/cookies (Tools>Internet Options)and start over.
