Viewing stones of North America
A bit of a commentary ( book review? ) on a beautiful hardback of close to 150 pages, printed in china and authored by Thomas S. Elias Photos of 151 stones included. A very enjoyble and informative read. I especially liked the information on american indians and their involvement with image stones. Quite the contrast over my study of the history of stones in Asia. Not inexpensive ($50.00 USD) but if your not aware of it (published last yr 2014) it might be worthwhile adding to your collection. Many of my friends that collect here in the Pacific Northwest have contributed with photos and commentary, which I found particularly attractive.
