I haven"t still used fertilizer on this tree because it is dig from wild just this early summer

That was my best guess. It could be heat stress or salinity problems, as another guess.
The marginal leaf burn is typical of some kind of salt burn, whether it is from your water or fertilizer, it shows up the same leaf burn. It may also be brought about by sudden high temperatures.
Does the potting mix have any slow release fertilizer prills in it? This may account for the burn if present. Forest plants are not used to high levels of anything in their soils
Other then that I don't know.

I know what kind of a problem mites can be. I have generally found oil sprays to be ineffectual. One must understand that mites are a arachid & to eraditcate a population you must be deligent. One application won't due the job. Mites are basically born pregnant
