There is no Ficus retusa in the trade & only one in cultivation anywhere. What you have is a tiger bark fig, Ficus microcarpa 'Kinmen.' I would suggest you thin out all those crowded little twigs to get some more suitable branches. The trunk is interesting.

It looks like our ubiquitous Ficus microcarpa. It is so common in the Caribbean that they call it Cuban laurel. But I'm no expert.
This was in answer to Khamraj's picture, which has since disappeared. scratch
