Very nice tree.
How do you keep it from being knocked off those thin posts?

Hi Ogie. Beautiful Ficus Microcarpa. Most impressive to me is the knot holes in the branches. They give appearance of 100 yr. old branches. i don't care for ficus with very old trunk then young looking re-developed branches or grafted newer branches. The placement of branching also nice. After growing for vigor, I would suggest some chasing back outer branches for ramification. I am a Ficus nut too. Few figs posted @Bonsai Vault.com. under Tropical greenhouse. Keep posting. Alex,
if you are looking for suggestions - soften the triangle more.
Otherwise visually very satisfying.
Thanks for showing.

Probably a 'noobish' question but what does it mean to "soften the triangle more"?

Re: Ficus,Ficus....love it
I'm guessing you are referring to the triangle in the foliage/apex correct?
