Our pots from France
Hi every body
We are Noelle and Philippe Torcatis, living in the west of France and beginners in the art of pottery,
We have seen so great pots on that forum, pots coming from everywere in the world, that we tried to create some for our bonsais, and other plants
we shall try to show you our trials, hope that the pictures will appear
we hope that you shall like them
oups, I have just modified ma first pos becaus I made a mistakes posting the pictures, I do not know how, but I got a pic of a pot from Dale Cochoy, so sorry Dale
I have removed it as soon as I have found how to do that
You can find our bonsaï ( bonsai) pots on http://terreovert.weezbe.com/

Re: Our pots from France
Does it work?

If it works, you shod see a small cracked ( DRB?) pot

Re: Our pots from France
Some very nice things: any website, shop, precise location...?
Bravo en tout cas pour vos créations, je verrai bien certaines de mes plantes dans quelques-unes d'entre elles.

Re: Our pots from France
Hi Alain,
I ll answer in english , even if it is bad english, because that forum is an english one
we live in Nantes , (west of France) ,
we have not yet any wet site, we have a shop but it is a delicatessen and ready meals one
Those pots are a new hobby for us, the purpose is to repot (or pot) our trees, grassplants, cactus and carnivorus plants, we re looking for ideas for orchids
We began to throw in february, and built our kiln, during spring,
We have thousands of trees, not yet bonsais but quite all nebaris are prepared
Some of them are in trays or pots, many others grow in earth (pleine terre )
here is a picture of a small part of the nursery
and another one
so we need a lot of pots
But sure , we think about selling some pots or (and ) trees, but we do not know how to
we can't anymore go to the club shows, because since 6 years now, we work on saturdays

Re: Our pots from France
That one is not really a bonsai pot , but with a draining hole, it could have been
Same thing for that one, which results of tryungs of splits and oxydes
Here is a bonsai pot, called delirium
and another one, more ordinally

Re: Our pots from France
Bonjour,
I had a look at the photos on your FB page, there are some very interesting textures.
Now you've almost got enough pots for all of your pre-bonsai

Re: Our pots from France
Hi Alain,
no, I have not yet enough pots, I really have a lot of trees, too much certainly,
I repot beetween end of november to may, quite every WE
each tree is repotted every 3 or 4 years, working hardly on the roots, so every year I loose some of the youngest or some of those which have grow in direct earth in my garden
The survivak will not be so bad
I do not know exactly how much trees I have, perharps 2000 or more
Some more pics of our pots
