featured artist at Weyerhauser Bonsai display

Here is the work of bob law from the portland oregon region of the NW. His display will be open thru this month. Today he took some volunteers around and added some personal comments about each tree. My favorite was the hawthorn cascade featuring a pot by michael hagedorn.

Is that a Blue Star Juniper?

on juniper was something like bleau (spelling?)
on bunjin it is sumac

In the past I photo copied the info tag card to post to answer such questions but was in too big a hurry with events to take as much care. lesson learned.
