Yard-adori ID
Went for a walk with my wife and Great Dane yesterday and my neighbor a couple houses down was digging up some trees in his yard and I ask what he was gonna do with them. He said he was just gonna throw them away. I asked if I could have one and he said why not. I grabed one and planted in my yard for now to see if it will recover.
Any idea on the ID
its about 14" across at the base

Flowers and/or fruits would be helpful in this regard.giga wrote:wow looks like ther are 180 types of Euonymus-any idea which one? also you think it will recover?

The most likely suspect would be japonicus. Don't make it a difficult search for something obscure, several species are common landscape shrubs and groundcovers. We don't see them much down here so I'm not really sure. Check out Lowes and Home Depot, you'll probably find it there.
