Identification and questions regarding specimen
Hello All,
I am new to bonsai and currently am working on a Juniperus procumbens and a boxwood as testers and used for gaining experience.
I recently pulled this shrub up and replaced it with a lovely smelling night blooming jasmine and stuck it in a pot. I noticed a decent amount of new growth and got the idea that maybe this can be used as a bonsai specimen however I don't know anything about it. Might someone recognize what species this is so I can do some research on my own and maybe throw some pointers my way!
Thanks!
I don't notice anything to interesting however one of your wonderful bonsai artists might see something or I could just be completely off base!

Does it bloom? Virtually impossible to guess without flowers or fruit.

Re: Identification and questions regarding specimen
Blooms slightly yellow flowers, pretty small however I cannot remember if it bears fruit or not.
Here is a pic from one outside of my work, My plant looked very close but flower was more yellow and the bark was allot smoother, this particular one at work has rough bark.
If it helps none of the new growth was there when I pulled it up 2-3 weeks ago. I just cut the branches off, pulled it up and stuck it in the 10g pot.
