Welcome you all.
Recently I came across an interesting material in one of the nursery plants.
A few days ago I was able to enlarge my collection with another cascade. Here are the results. I hope you will be liked.

I usually give myself an internal shudder when I discover yet another cascade juniper being created, but I have to say this seems to be a job well done!

Very nice. You almost don't even need the bottom. Here is a virt of your virt..lol..without the bottom. The long, straight, thick branch could be jinned and the thinner second trunk would take over as the main cascade branch. Either way, beautiful tree.

I agree with Rob's suggestion...I would even consider shortening the cascade by one more pad, as it makes the tree more compact and powerful. Good styling job.

Thank you for your comments and your valuable tips. How well I consider shortening the bottom of the tree. This can be done anytime. For now, I'll see what happens next. Regards Mike

PS This was my inspiration for this material.

This is a great initial styling. I agree with rob and dave though, might have a bit too long of a tale. The apex was styled really nicely, good work.

I really like that styling, and it has given me an idea for one of my junipers. I do agree with the comments about possibly removing the lower part of the cascade.

Do you know what variety of juniper this is?
