It does look to be a nice tree. I would, however, suggest that it be planted about 1/3 deeper to improve the looks of the base. As is, it looks uncomfortably perched attop a converging set of columns.

Thanks for your comment, Jim. We'll see how the roots thicken. Sometimes it takes me a long time to decide how I want the tree to go, but your comment suggests something to watch for.

I also agrees with Jim. About 2 inches deeper would make the composition better. I love Brent's trees. Good luck.
