It's always tough to decide on styling a tree with only one picture. The standard advice is to first pick a front and a style (informal upright, slanting, etc.), a trunk line, then branching (left, right back or some combination thereof), a triangular sillouette, and then give it a lot of time and TLC.
You definately need to reduce the foliage mass and bring it more in line with the trunk. Picking a trunk line means deciding wheter to use tha thicker line in the back ot remove that and work with the thiner line in the front.
Good luck it looks like good materiel to begin with.

The first couple inches of your trunk is wonderful. No need to change the planting angle, so it suggests picking a style that takes advantage of the nice roots and trunk. Informal upright is an obvious choice. . There are other choices, but I don't grow premma at all. Others would be better to comment on style specifics.
