progress collected ficus

sharing some of photos of recent work on a couple of collected ficus. both are ficus microcarpa. the small one is 8 inches at the soil line and about 12 inches tall. big brother is about 25 inches at the soil line and about 37 inches tall.

Proportions between the branches and the trunk are a bit off. Trunks are too thich and the branches are too thin. If you work on this, the trees will be better.

I like the massive one (last tree) Sam...it got a very aged looking trunk. If you managed to design the top well, it is going to be a killer tree.


The first tree, I got one very similar to it...hehe.
