Re: MAGICAL ACCENTS
it was brilliant...........
the people that attended will have come away with so many ideas and a greater understanding of using accents, bronzes, sculptures and 'accompaniments' to improve a bonsai display - In a short space of time I learnt so much about how to choose a scroll to properly fit the tree display from Paul Goff, setting up was priceless - acting as apprentice to Dan Barton for an hour or so was both fun and really enjoyable - that alone made my day.
I'm really glad the event was a total success - it means there will be another one
who has a picture of the first row?? after seeing the stone of Steve Tolley and the neibouring tables I realised i have never seen a really proper suiseki before - UNBELIEVABLE, AWESOME -

Magical Accents
Great (expensive) day out. Came away with so many ideas and arms full of goodies,
luckily Chris Thomas was there to put the brakes on or I would have spent his money as well!!
I can only see the Magical accent Show getting bigger and better. Perhaps afew clubs could be offered
a table to display their efforts? Only a thought. Well done to the organisers for putting on such a great show
can not wait for the next one.
