Lonicera periclymenum I think, possibly one called Graham Thomas. Really nice climbing plant. Yellow/ green
buds /flowers which are quite long lasting for a Honeysuckle.
How thick/ large is the trunk you have left to lift?
Regards Nick

The one you mention is a climber you say, its not a climber its a real bush like Lonicera tartarica.
Possibly its Lonicera maackii or Lonicera morrowii (google for pictures)

Hard to say with out seeing the original plants habit. Its not maackii, the colour of the stems tells me that. Maybe morrowii but the leaves could be bit big. Sure its not a climbimg one thats been kept in check/pruned? Nice find whatever, i love honeysuckle, climbing or otherwise. I have a stump of a climbing one i lifted 4 years ago with the intention of bonsai. Potted it and has now taken over the side of my shadehouse putting on 20+ ft in that time. I feel another chop coming on....

I will post the trunks as soon as possible, I dig one up later today.
And no its not bin hold down, its from a piece of land not toucht in quiet a while, the kindergarten did get permission to use this piece of land.
And because Lonicera is bit toxic, and the berrys look tasty, I reccomended them to get rit of them Twisted Evil

It looks like L. morrowii, the fly honeysuckle, to me. The main reason for not planting it in the garden is that the birds will spread the seeds. It is considered an invasive weed in this country. It is originally from Siberia.
