Pw potter?

Hi all
I have a few of these thrown pots, All have a matte/satin glaze and all are some blue-ish colour, I've had them for many years and never been able to find anything about the Pw marks on the base!
Thanks in advance for any help although I think it may be a small producer that isn't common!
