(from right to left)

Beppu City
Beppu Small Scale Bonsai Association
Jun Matsuda
Koichi Uekawa
Ryuichi Abe
Hiroki (I think this is how it should be read) Murata

Shorakuen (?) Toshimasa Matusmoto

I guess it shows a list of member of this beppu bonsai association. Beppu is located in Oita Prefecture, Kyushu.
Hope this helps!

Hope still an eye on this topic I can give you some extra info.

Koichi Uekawa is Sinichi Uekawa.
Hiroki Murata is Taizo Murata.

Shourakuen was one of the biggest nursery in Japan, but now its closed.
Toshimasa Matsumoto is the nursery owners son, he is now about 70years old.
My husbands bon-yu(bonsai friend) who had been trained at Shourakuen, still keep in touch with Mr.Matumoto.
