Chinese juniper

I have a Chinese juniper, there are no assumptions in what direction the form, please help with the virtual.

It looks promising, but until we can see some of the branch structure under that foliage, it's hard to advise. Clean out the sprigs growing from the crotches, and thin other areas (without ending up with pom-pom tufts of foliage at the ends of branches) and give us another picture.
