Hi, it's still doing well. Very fast grow rate. In respect to collecting, you'll struggle to kill it. I've collected a least 20 of this spicies and never had any trouble. I've collected them in all season with success. Similar to olive in that roots can be minimal when collected. Good srub for bonsai but a nightmare for suckers. When my new computers up and running I'll get up some pics. Hope this helps. Sam
