SILVERBERRY
This bunjin Silverberry is about 25 inches tall including the pot.
I bought it about 25-30 years ago from Komei Bonsai Nursery in Southern California as a potential bonsai collected from a landscape.
Over the years I have changed it and reduced it until it has reached the present state as a bunjin bonsai.
As some of you may know, bunjin is my favorite style.

Very stark design with an interesting trunk. Has it flowered for you?
I haven't seen any flowers onmine.

Hi Rob
It has flowered years ago when I let it grow full. I've found that keeping Silverberrys in bonsai trim discourages flowering.

Thanks Todd. I'm very happy with the pot choice. When I decided to transplant the Silverberry and was looking for the right pot, I spotted this one on my unused pot shelf. I knew right away it was what I wanted.
