Re: got any holes?
Hi Stonener
Your stone looks like it has a nice texture.I would like to know how big it is.....
I have seen you have a nice jitta, and a pillow, and have taken the step further, to present viewingstones or suiseki....
So, why have you decided to show us this stone this plain way, when it is not needed.
Kind regards Yvonne

Re: got any holes?
Hi Stonener
I will look forward to see your daisas . They will give your stones the recognition as a suiseki they deserves.
A daisa for the stones, is the best way to keep the stone safe.
Remember, in the end of the carvings, only to remove 1/4 mm at the time . Take your time, and enjoy.
Kind regards Yvonne

Hi,
It's from Mons Kliff.
So this is thé outstanding suiseki material of Denmark,
you must have some nice examples in your collection?

Re: got any holes?
Hi Sunip
Up to now, have I only found 3 flintstones I liked, and who did not have fairly new chips....and they are all of the yellow type, with old patina.
I hope to show them on my tread, with my danish stones much later.
Kind regards Yvonne

Re: got any holes?
Awesome stone, of good quality.
I prefer the last two ways of displaying the stone......find a good suiban, or a shallow bonsaipot, and cover the holes .
Kind regards yvonne

No, didnt bother to keep them
I am not yet into stones for real, maybe because I did collect fossils for many years
I am getting one suiseki though, the one Yvonne made a daiza for.
