Me too Bro, i like the first one, thats the second literati style/movement you have there and that makes it so elegant. Actually, iv been trying to find one for my collections, do you have some for adoption?....

Hi Ferdz!
Thanks. I have some more trees with literati as design. if you are serious to acquire literati material, I'll look one for you. It is usually comes as the scrap material and most of the time it is cheap.

Marcus,
Thank you!
That book is a very good one, informative books are rare these days.
for over a dozen books I acquired in the last two years only four I found to be useful, others are just bookshelf clutters.

Ok...
IBC admin guys.. I am not doing marketing for Robert. Just received PMs too regarding the book. But I do recommend the book for the beginners and the humble experts. and there is an extra bonus for my Filipino compatriots, just haven't confirmed it yet (no promise yet). we'll probably announced it if we got the confirmation and actual date. Better have your books ready guys (Filipinos) if you are planning to get a copy.
As for your copy/copies PM Robert, not me please. Otherwise I'll charge him of more beers . But, Actually I'll be readying lot of beers for all of us.
regards,
jun

Re: Phempis acidula
Hi IBC.
Here is one of my big Phempis acidula.
Since nothing drastic on the roots could be done this colder part of the year ( 26deg Celsius, brrrr), I settled for the trunk design works...
Below is a huge dead trunk on the left. Instead of cutting it out I decided to make a shari and jin out of it...
The initial work, refinement and detailed works would be done later.
below is the combination of natural deadwood and man made shari done previously
this is the new angle I am working on...
regards,
jun

Re: Phempis acidula
Very nice material Jun, this is the small leaves species..grow very slow to form an ideal ramification. Be careful with the wiring, I see some are getting inside the bark...
