At some time or another, you have had aphids, or mealy bugs or perhaps one of the other sucking insects. I didn't see any on those leaves, but there is feces and some sooty mold and perhaps some powdery mildew (which is totally independent of the others).
Examine the tips of new growth, and the undersides of leaves for small, soft-bodied insects. Both can be controlled with a soap spray.
None of these will kill yuor trees -- especially at this time of year. Insects prey on leaves that are getting old. Those leaves soon will die anyway.

I've found the bugs, light and dark brow on leaves. very small and fast. I cannot make macrophoto.
I'll try soap-spry.
