Another Juniper help request
I have this juniper for a little over 2 years, I have done pretty much nothing other than just repotting it, and the reason? Well, I think it has a pretty bad branch structure, there's only 3 main branches. The trunk its a nice 2.75" diameter. But the branches are just driving me crazy, I have no idea what to do with them, specially with the branch that comes forward and suddenly shift backwards.
Any suggestion its very welcome.

Re: Another Juniper help request
If it were mine I would remove the middle branch, bend the left branch upward and the right branch downward, probably transfer it to a tall pot and make a cascade.

Or, remove two branches and do some carving, bunjin.

Thanks to all for they extremely valuable feedback!.. you guys are awesome!
Out of all the virtuals you guys did for me I got two favorites, Fiona #1 and bonsaimeister, after a few minutes of debate, I decided to go for Fiona's idea. I will take some pictures tomorrow, this is the first time I try on making a Jin and I'm pretty satisfied with the result, I pretty much learned how to do Jin's by watching Graham Potter YouTube videos, now I only need some lime sulfur and the jin will be done. I ended up with a scar on the front of the tree, but I kind of re-arranged the tree a little bit to try to hide it a bit. I haven't measured it but I'm pretty sure I'm under the 8", so it should be a nice Shohin in the future
I hope you guys like what you see tomorrow

Ok Folks,
I couldn't help myself, so here are the pictures as well as the 360 gallery
I think it looks way better now, and the official dimensions as of today are 2" trunk diameter and 4.75" tall.... so yes it is officially on the Shohin category. Below, the before and after and the detail on the Jin.

Re: Another Juniper help request
I am glad you factored in a better jin that I'd depicted in my virt. It's not that I didn't want one - just that I'm crap at photoshopping in jins. Bonsaimeister had it much better than mine.
Good luck with the rest of the work. I'd be working on trying to push more foliage pads, maybe trying to bring it back a bit along the branch. That would take a year or so at least over where I live but I don't know how quickly (or otherwise) it'll grow in your climate.
btw do you know what type of juniper it is?

Thanks Adam for your kind words.
You and anyone else that would like, can try out the 360 gallery anytime. Just let me know and I'll make it happen.

The only downside to the gallery is that I can't view it in Firefox.
