That looks environmental rather than pest related. Perhaps scorch from heat or wind?
But I'll take this opportunity for my annual pointing out that at this time of year and from now on into fall, leaves are getting old up here in the Northern Hemisphere. For many of us, the plants are shutting down because of the intense summer heat, which isn't helping, either.
From now on, you can expect leaves to have spots and patches that aren't directly related to insects or dire diseases. And, those that do have a relationship with a critter or disease are almost always not severely damaging to the plant; they're just taking advantage of a plant whose leaves are loosing touch with their stems (reality).

So, I should put the Azalea in half ligth or totally away from direct sun light?
