When looking at videos like sometimes I like to fast forward them to see what's happening!

Howdy Geanangel!
How do you prune a boxwood that has finally reached the shape and size you want? It has finally reached my vision but this year is looking scraggly with all the new growth. I wasn't sure if I should snip back a few leaves all over and kinda reshape or pinch back to the shape I like.
Appreciate any advice. thank you.
