Product EM1 - Do you know ?

Does somebody know Japanese product EM1?
It is a product to treat Verticilliose of maple

I'm naturally leery of new products touted as the "Organic" solution to anything. The website -- http://www.teraganix.com/ -- sounds like a promoter of a whole host of "organic" magical elixirs and is replete with trade mark and registration symbols. Those alone make ME suspicious.

HOWEVER - there is an article -- ddr.nal.usda.gov/bitstream/10113/24767/1/IND22680656.pdf -- from the US Dept. of Ag. that (I think) seems to point at some research in that direction. Whenther THIS company has come up with a product or is merely claiming to, is another matter.

A Google search for "EMI verticillium" will lead to other sites that claim to tell you how to make it yourself as well as other technical sites that are well beyond me at this point in my life.

My opinion: Be careful. Don't treat your best tree with this stuff except as a very last resort.
