There is amazing potential in each one of those.
I wonder, how well does the deadwood on that type of material hold up?

Hi Derick,
the 1st and 2nd trees is perfect for literate
the third and last trees can be developed into a windswept, don't do anything with the deadwood yet for all the trees.
the cascade....well I think is gonna be a cascade.
blue bell grows very fast, so always check the wiring out.
regards,
jun

Just one question for Jun, why can't I work on the dead wood yet?

I think the suggestion is that you should wait so the you have a plan as to the design of your trees. Once it's been altered, you can't get deadwood back.
Work your design first. Then alter the deadwood to fit that.

Nice materials Dexter,
At the moment, what you can do is to chose a design/style for your tree then you select the branches you need for the style chosen, let it grow a few more months to thicken the branch. if the desired thicknes of the branch is achieved cut it a few inches from the trunk, in proportion with the size trunk wait for the secondary branches branches to grow and repeat what you have done with the main branch, then the terciary etc, etc, you will achieve a well tappered branching.
Clip and grow method.
Good luck
