First styling rose bonsai

Looking good, Ed. Any idea what colour flower you will get?

Also, how long a lifespan do bonsai roses have? I have in my head it might be quite short - i.e. about 20 years max. Dunno why; guess someone must have said that at some point.

Your tree looks very good..also a nice trunk...I to potted one the other day,,not as good as yours,its trunk is smaller..please post when it grows and flowers...nice job take care john

Hi Fiona,I have no idea what for colour flower it will get.
I have bought this tree this year from Teunis Jan Klein,and he told me that this tree is 35 years old.

Thanks for highlighting something I hadn't thought about. Other than gaining permission, I will have to be careful about mentioning the great Dogging site I've discovered
